Full-time Recruiter

The Role :

We’re looking for recruiters to join Ceed’s external recruitment network. You’ll help us fill open roles across our internal companies — Oxford Legal Group, Ceed, Keey, Count, Agent Consulting, Floodmaker and Witness Experts — including admin, marketing, sales, video editors, real estate agents, and ai roles .

What You’ll Do :

• Recruit for active roles including admin, real estate, video editing, marketing, and more
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
• Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS
• Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
• Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires
