Position : Hub Agent (Team Lead) logistic / shipping Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor Degree holder in business administration or Marine, Logistics, or other related courses

✨ At least 5 years’ Experience from ships agency operational

✨ Amendable to attend interviews

✨ Can start as soon as possible

✨ Willing to work in Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Manage customer requirements in accordance with the established Hub Agreement, monitor service needs, track port calls, and provide necessary customer support.

✨ Report directly to the Hub Agency Manager, working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams.

✨ Exercise authority within the scope of this Functional Description, approved budgets, and the company’s global authorization framework.

✨ Ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations related to ship agency activities.

✨ Provide ongoing feedback on technical issues, service quality, and commercial concerns raised by customers
