JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree Holder

At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO / shared services industry

Experience in Tech Support is an advantage

Amenable to work in shifting schedules

Amenable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Identify training needs accurately and develop appropriate learning solutions.

Provide ongoing floor support to reinforce learning and enhance employee performance.

Ensure end-to-end management of content development while applying appropriate instructional methodologies.
