Accountable for the overall Engineering Operations and Maintenance service delivery

Responsible for the Engineering Operations and Maintenance program creation implementation & measurement

Responsible for the creation of Site Field Manual for Engineering Operations & Maintenance

Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation implementation & measurement

• At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Manufacturing Facility and / or Commercial Facility
• At least 10 years direct work experience in Engineering Site Operations and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facility and or huge commercial portfolio
• PME or PEE only
• Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site
• High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX / CAPEX program Billing & Collection
• Highly Technical knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering Asset Maintenance & Management Framework
• Knowledgeable in Minor & major Equipment maintenance planning execution and project management
• Knowledgeable Energy Management System
• Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety program
• Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS)
