What you'll do :

1.)  Accounting Supervision

⭐ Supervise assigned bookkeepers, providing guidance and support as  needed.

⭐   Review and verify the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial  records prepared by the bookkeeping team.

⭐ Review and verify payroll information for annual personal tax filings (e.g., IR8A).

⭐ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

⭐ Proficiently use Xero software for accounting tasks and training of  bookkeepers.

2.) Financial Reporting

⭐  Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

⭐   Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet statutory and regulatory  requirements.

⭐  Prepare unaudited and consolidat ed financial   reports   and  GST filings   at  the end of each reporting period.

3.) Client Advisory

⭐ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing accounting  related queries and concerns.

Who you are :

⭐  3  –  5   years of experience in an outsourcing firm is highly preferred.

⭐ Experience with  c loud accounting platf orms and exposure to diverse  client portfolios preferred.

⭐ Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups,  formulas).

⭐ Strong knowledge of Singapore tax and accounting standards.

⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⭐ Organized, detail - oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

⭐ Independent, accountable, and proactive in solving problems.
