Overview
The Market Head will lead and manage Cash Management Sales Officers to make BPI the preferred business partner for Corporate and Business Banking Clients by providing access to online banking platforms and relevant Cash Management Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Officers and collaborate with relationship management and branch partners to ensure efficient market coverage and product distribution, increasing market share.
- Supervise and guide Cash Management Sales Officers, ensuring initiatives align with plans and strategies, and support their career progression.
- Identify market opportunities and develop sales and marketing activities to improve client engagement and market traction.
- Support the development and rollout of new cash management services, provide feedback to the product group, pilot new services, and ensure successful product launches.
- Manage the assigned market, monitor progress in marketing initiatives, and ensure product growth.
- Collaborate with relationship management and branch partners to create strong client relationships and resolve client issues effectively.
- Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned by leadership.
