Sales & Purchasing Admin Staff (47715) - Laguna Technopark

Salary : 17,000 - 20,000

Required Experience :

・College graduate (any business-related or relevant course)

・With experience in the same position or related field (Sales / Purchasing / Admin)

・With experience or knowledge in Sales and / or Purchasing Administration

・Computer literate (MS Office, spreadsheets, basic systems)

・Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

・Good communication and teamwork skills

・Willing to work on-site at Laguna Technopark

・Background in a manufacturing or Japanese company environment

・Experience in handling suppliers, quotations, and purchase orders

・Ability to communicate in basic Japanese or with Japanese clients is an advantage

・Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES :

・Support Sales and Purchasing teams with daily administrative tasks

・Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and assist in supplier coordination

・Handle sales documents and customer inquiries

・Maintain organized files and ensure accurate data entry

・Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
