Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee the organization’s quality improvement strategy, policies, and procedures.
Lead initiatives to identify process gaps and implement solutions for enhanced performance.
Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to establish measurable quality targets and improvement plans.
Facilitate training and coaching to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Required Skills :
Has management experience in the different areas of Insurance Operations
Has proven knowledge of insurance products, channels, and customer behaviors
Has exercised strong leadership and collaborative roles whether directly in his own team, or indirectly in project teams or cross-functional workstreams
Has at least 5 years of experience performing project lead roles where Lean Six Sigma and / or Agile Methodology is highly adopted.
