Location :
Full onsite work at the client's Taguig office during the probationary period. Upon regularization, the role will transition to a hybrid setup, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home per week

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Manila time, with 8 core working hours inclusive of 1-hour break
- Flexibility to start later in the day is highly preferred in order to have more hours of overlap with foreign counterparts

As a Business Systems Analyst , you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of changes, collaborate with the team to devise programs, define test and implementation plans, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. You will work on both new and existing client projects, driving efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in managing client delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory releases as per clients’ SLAsReview client requirements analysis and high-level Test Cases in order to prepare functional and regression test cases and viable acceptance criteriaAbility to work under pressure to agreed SLAs whilst maintaining acceptable quality standardsIdentify any flaws in the gap analysis and revert back to Change Management or Project Definition teams during testing phaseAct as a central point of contact (via e-mail, teleconferencing and on-site workshops) for the delivery of specific changes worked onLiaise with Project Definition, Change Management and Technical teams to ensure compliance with the client business requirements and agreed specificationsConfigure the software systems developed by the company according to requirements documented by the Project Definition or Change Management teamsPerform release coordination, documentation, version control and regression testingProvide knowledge transfer to Support Teams or any other team as required as part of the delivery hand-overDeliver release to clients and provide support during implementationParticipate in onsite support or training as per clients’ requestProvide 2nd line support for clients and the company’s support teams in line with applicable SLAsParticipate in the 24x7 shift to provide client supportRequirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification :
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Business AnalystGood knowledge or working experience in the payments, financial or FinTech industryFamiliarity with standards associated with IT practice nationally and internationallyAbility to facilitate remote and face-to-face client meetingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvantageous Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or relatedProficiency in SQLExperience with APIsProficiency in testing methodologies and test case execution
