Job Overview :
We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel ( GHL ) expert to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts within GHL , building and optimizing automation workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
This is an opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and confident to work within GoHighLevel’s full feature set.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage client sub-accounts within GoHighLevel
- Build and customize automation workflows (email, SMS, voicemail, call triggers)
- Create and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, forms, and calendars
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Google / Facebook Ads)
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up systems
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (email / SMS delivery, conversion rates, etc.)
- Implement review request campaigns and lead reactivation sequences
- Collaborate with our team to improve client results continuously
Requirements
Proven experience working in GoHighLevel (2+ years preferred)Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategiesAI IntegrationsFamiliarity with funnel building, CRM setup, and campaign trackingAbility to troubleshoot integrations and tech issuesExcellent communication and documentation skillsDetail-oriented with a strong sense of accountabilityWhite-label SaaS mode experienceWorking knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or SEOBasic design skills (Canva, Figma) for page / funnel design polishExperience serving, home services and / or marketing agenciesExperience in ClickUp for project managementBenefits
Work Hours : 10 hours per week, Part Time, CST Time
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience Strong grasp of marketing automation and CRM systems Skilled in AI integrations and white-label SaaS mode Working knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or SEO Basic design ability (Canva, Figma) for funnel / page enhancements Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Experience with ClickUp for project management Background in serving home services or marketing agencies preferred
