Job Responsibilities :

• To research and propose marketing strategy to head office. (New and existing products -including campaigns, events, and PR)
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy support to head office – including campaigns, events, digital trade marketing, and PR.
• Obtains market share for each product, directing promotional support.
• Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, determining company presence at conventions, meetings, seminars etc.
• Managing all marketing and activities within the marketing team.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Working closely with the sales team and assisting the new product launches.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Job Qualifications :

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course
• Has at least 5 years related working experience on the same field.
• Must have the ability to lead a team and deal with people.
• Must have good people supervision skills and high sense of responsibility.
• Competent in assigning staff duties and able to guide and give proper instructions.
• Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office

Working Condition :

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Hybrid Set up (1 – 2 days’ work from home per week)
• Onsite (Quezon City)
