Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Junior Sewer / Mananahi to operate industrial sewing machines, produce and alter garments, and ensure high-quality output. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with sewing machines, and adherence to production standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate industrial sewing machines to create or alter clothing and textile products.

Use various sewing machines, including single-needle, high-speed, overlock, piping, edging, and gartering machines.

Follow production requirements, design specifications, and instructions from supervisors.

Assist Quality Control to ensure output meets quality standards and production timelines.

Perform basic maintenance and ensure cleanliness of sewing machines and work area.

Repair and alter garments to ensure proper fit and finish.

Qualifications & Skills :

Male, Female, or LGBT, 18 years old and above.

High School graduate or college-level.

1–2 years of experience as a sewer.

Proficient in hand and machine sewing, with knowledge of different stitches and techniques.

Familiarity with operating various types of sewing machines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns precisely.

Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve sewing or machine issues.

Physical stamina for standing or sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Good communication skills to understand instructions and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
