Job description

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics

  • Power BI Development & Maintenance : Design, build, and maintain dashboards that deliver accurate, timely, and visually engaging insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Source Data Integration : Develop reports linking and reconciling multiple data sets from varying sources (ERP, financial, operational, and customer data) with a focus on precision and timely delivery.
  • Category, Customer & Plant Reporting : Maintain and enhance existing reporting while designing future improvements that are reliable, insightful, and delivered on schedule. Process Management
  • RFQ Tracking Across Plants : Manage the end-to-end process for multiple Requests for Quotation (RFQs) across 18 plants, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder accountability is enforced.
  • Liability Mitigation :
  • Forecast raw and packaging material run-out dates with accuracy.
  • Identify residual inventories, estimate associated costs, and manage exposure risk on time to minimize liabilities.
  • Research historical purchases and analyze buying patterns to recommend improvements, ensuring timely insights to inform procurement decisions.
  • Invoice Management : Oversee the process management of outstanding invoices, ensuring accurate coding, timely approvals, and prompt resolution. Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance reporting capabilities with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate outputs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations that enable quick, informed decision-making across category management, customer relationships, and plant operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Power BI dashboard design, development, and maintenance.
  • Strong skills in integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources while ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated success in process management, with ability to track deadlines, enforce accountability, and manage workflows across multiple plants.
  • Background in supply chain, procurement, or financial analysis with emphasis on liability management and forecasting.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, timely insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
