DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent sales performance and excellent customer service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activities.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, beauty retailers, and distributors.
Ensure consistent brand representation and merchandising across all sales touchpoints.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of brand positioning and product training for beauty consultants.
Experience in both offline (retail) and online (e-commerce) sales channels.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of beauty and cosmetic market trends.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-driven environment.
Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
