Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service and cultural leadership Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers. Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center. Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer facing areas. Assists Area Manager with training of new Team Members and consistently coaches the use of operational tools and following standard operating procedures. Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information. Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer. Stocks requisition, ordering and receiving. Conducts inventory bi-monthly Other duties as described.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years work experience in leading a team and in a same set up
- Degree in HRM or Vocational required
- With proven experience as a Head Barista and know s how to use an Espresso Machine and a POS
- Ability to inspire a team through a culture of giving and receiving feedback.
- Must work well independently with minimal supervision or follow-up.
- Flexible / varied schedule availability to meet the needs of the business.
