About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to lead eTAP’s growth and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate is a fintech-savvy sales leader with 10+ years of experience and proven mastery of Revenue Performance Management (RPM) — aligning marketing, sales, and operations to achieve measurable, scalable revenue results.

What You’ll Do
Drive overall business development and revenue growth strategy for eTAP.
Implement RPM frameworks to align all revenue-driving teams.
Manage the end-to-end revenue funnel — from lead generation to retention.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and enterprise clients.
Use data and analytics to forecast, optimize, and report on performance.
Lead and mentor a high-performing BD team that delivers tangible results.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue leadership in fintech, banking, or payments.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RPM.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of digital payment systems, partnerships, and fintech trends.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
