AU Web Sales & Order Management Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

  • You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine making sure online orders are processed fast, payments are tracked , and product listings stay clean and updated. This role supports both sales operations and basic finance tracking —you’ll wear a few hats, but we promise none are boring.
  • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Process web orders and send them to the right stores.
  • Confirm billing info and follow up on payments.
  • Coordinate refunds, cancellations, and updates.
  • Track order tags, notes, invoices, and claims.
  • Add and update products (descriptions, images, pricing).
  • Work with spreadsheets and update financial records.
  • Flag delays and follow up with stores.
  • Requirements

    About YOU

  • You're naturally organised, and you love a good process.
  • You've got at least 2 years working in online order management.
  • You can work independently, spot mistakes, and fix them.
  • You’ve used e-commerce tools or sales platforms before.
  • You’re confident using spreadsheets and handling basic finance admin.
  • You write clearly and communicate with purpose.

  • When & Where YOU Will Work

  • Workdays : Monday to Friday.
  • Hours :  Day-shift - AEST.
  • Location : Remote (PH-based).
  • Tech : Company-provided computer.
