Lead one of SM’s most dynamic digital products as our next Gift Card Product Head. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and execution of the SM Gift Card program — enhancing customer experience and strengthening partnerships across the SM network.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Customer Service, as well as external partners including SM Retail, SM affiliates, and Pluxee.
We’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused leader who can turn insights into innovative product solutions that deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap using market and customer insights.
- Lead initiatives for SM Gift Cards and Passes, including platform enhancements and marketing activations.
- Oversee product rollouts, system upgrades, and integrations with merchant partners.
- Collaborate across departments and partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor product KPIs such as sales, redemption, and usage behavior to drive data-based improvements.
- Support Corporate Sales, Marketing, and store operations on product and partner-related needs.
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year Business course.3–5 years of experience in Product or Project Management.Experience with digital or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.Strong technical understanding of digital solutions.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Preferably with experience in the banking, tech, or gift card industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
