Job descriptionGraduate of Psychology (or related course in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences) At least 5 years’ experience in human relations and training functions in a manufacturing firm Has experience in handling job evaluation compensation, manpower planning and development With ISO certification knowledge / experience With audit background (internal and / or external HR-related audits) Knowledge of wages, labor laws Industrial relations Must be well-versed in personnel management tools and techniques Has working knowledge of the various labor laws affecting employer-employee relationship Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
SALARY RANGE : ₱50,000 - ₱80,000 | Depends on qualifications
WORK SCHEDULES (48 hours per week) :
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday | 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Wednesday | 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
- Saturdays | 7 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM
GENDER PREFERENCE : Female
AGE PREFERENCE; 40 years old and above
AVAILABILITY : Must be able to join immediately if hired
