Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve targets
- Develop and implement process improvements for better performance
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities and resources
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports
- Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldMinimum 1–3 years of solid experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setupStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and accounts effectivelyExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesProven experience in stakeholder management and client relationship buildingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges swiftlyGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in using Microsoft Office and operations management softwareDetail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance
