About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist with a strong background in automotive mechanics to support sales growth through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned auto mechanic who can confidently translate hands-on technical knowledge into consultative sales, client engagement, and business development.
The position combines technical leadership, sales execution, and field support , working closely with customers across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, workshops, fleet operators, and key accounts.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, with commission opportunities tied to performance.Technical Consultation & Support
Provide expert technical advice related to vehicle repairs, electrical systems, air-conditioning, trucks, and automotive diagnostics .Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, and solution presentations to customers.Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer requirements and operational needs.Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
Apply supervisory or training experience to support customer education and internal knowledge transfer.Assist in training customers, junior staff, or sales teams on technical applications and best practices.Act as a technical authority during customer discussions and problem resolution.Proposal & Coordination
Prepare technical inputs for quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from sales to service delivery.Provide after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications & Experience
Technical Background :
Specialization in auto mechanics , including :Vehicle and truck repairsElectrical systemsAutomotive air-conditioningExperience Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of mechanical experienceAt least 2 years in a supervisory, managerial, or trainer roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions through expertise.
