Operations Assistant - Bank Financing (Outbound)

Job Description :

• Processes bank financing and refinancing accounts for assigned partner banks within the standard processing time, including endorsement of account information and documents, review of bank guarantees, and recording of loan payments in the system.
• Communicates effectively with clients (buyers and partner banks) via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address concerns, collect necessary documentation, and ensure timely processing of bank loans.
• Ensures that all assigned service requests are resolved and completed within the established turnaround time.
• Submits daily productivity and accomplishment reports to the Operations Lead – Bank Financing

Technical Skills :

Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling data, processes, and information.
