Overview

The Finance Reporting & Analysis Manager ensures timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports and analysis to support strategic decisions. This role enhances reporting processes, analyzes performance across sales, products, and costs, and helps drive profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track performance across stores, regions, categories, and departments.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing explanations and recommending actions.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Holding an MBA, CIMA, or CFA certification is an advantage.
  • 5 years experience in financial reporting, planning, or analysis—preferably in a retail industry
  • Experienced with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
