Job Description

• Lead the development, maintenance, and sharing of Enterprise Architecture catalogues, guardrails, and artifacts for designated domains.
• Support the implementation of technology road maps within assigned domains.
• Identify technical capabilities required for new business requirements and demands.
• Provide technical expertise to solution architects, platform owners, and application owners during software or service definition and build processes.
• Design and execute training plans for solution architects and architecture community members on methodologies, domain knowledge, and more.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT software / services development, build, and management.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in major technology implementations.
• Banking or financial industry expertise is advantageous.
• Certification in Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity in enterprise architecture or function or has worked closely with one can be considered.
• Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to work in Makati.
