Traba Legal provides high-quality virtual assistants with the opportunity to work with a US-Based law firm.

We are currently recruiting a Paralegal Litigation Assistant to support a firm that specializes in trust litigation. Trust litigation happens when there's a legal fight over a trust-whether it's about how it was set up, who benefits from it, or how it's being managed.

This is a critical role in the firm that supports the attorney through the entire litigation process.

In addition to the attorney you support, she is an additional point of contact, making sure expectations are clear, your work is on track, and you're never left guessing. Our team works with the attorneys we support and we advocate for you to ensure things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities with Success Metrics

Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents on an average of 20 active litigation cases.

Success Metric: 90% of the reviews and summaries are completed within 36 hours of receiving the records

Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.

Success Metric: 90% of substantive responses are completed within 36 hours of receiving the assignment

Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc. to detail findings for attorney review.

Success Metric: Update client CRM in real time
