Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for fresh graduates to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will ensure proper setup and user training for cash management products, providing technical support to internal and external clients to address their needs while maintaining consistency and competency of CMS products. Additionally, you will establish and nurture rapport with clients for long-term business relationships, providing key support services such as client meetings, trainings, and production support, and participating in client-facing aspects of new account implementation and development as required.

What the role will entail

• Ensure proper set-up and user training of cash management products of internal/external clients
• Provide technical support to internal and external clients and maintain consistency and competency of CMS products to address clients' needs
• Establish and nurture rapport with new and existing clients, that is conducive to a long-term business relationship
• Provides key support services including, but not limited to client meetings and trainings, and production support services
• Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development

What we're looking for

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree in IT, or any related field
• Work experience in Customer Support, Customer Engagement or anything IT related would be ideal
• Team player, and maintains a positive outlook
• Disciplined, and acts with high Sense of Urgency
