Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversee store operations planning, directing, and activities.

Monitor achievement of sales targets, implement sales programs and strategies to meet targets upon the approval of the Retail Sales Manager.

Conduct training and motivate store personnel towards the attainment of sales targets.

Maintain store expenses within the budget and minimize cost in utilities, supplies and maintenance.

Conduct daily store meetings with subordinates to monitor sales and efficiency of personnel.

Secure company assets are handled well such as but not limited to store personnel, store fixtures, cash and merchandise.

Review and submit reports such as but not limited to Daily Sales Report (DSR), monthly sales and evaluation report, monthly inventory report, and competitors activities.

Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements :

College graduate preferably bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent.

Preferably at least 1 to 3 years experience in the related field.

Experience in Retail as Supervisor / Manager

Excellent communication and people management skills

Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and POS system

Pay : ₱20,000.00 - ₱23,000.00 per month
