Duties and Responsibilities :
Sourcing Suppliers : Researches and identifies potential suppliers, obtains quotes
Vendor Communication : Communicates with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any issues
Administrative Support : Provides administrative support to the procurement team, such as scheduling meetings and assisting with correspondence
Inventory Control : Monitors and updates inventory levels in coordination with Procurement Officer
Qualifications :
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support (preferred but not required)
Experience with purchase orders, inventory systems, or vendor coordination is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
