David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit multiple Business Development Managers for their Asian Network

Position: Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)

Location: Remote within Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers across target markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
• Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to senior management, including insights on trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English or as close to as possible (B2C1 level) + Fluency in local language from Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management, preferably in digital services or technology-driven sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
