About the Role
Carnivore Style is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Recruiter to manage our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top technical talent to join our team, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (developers, engineers, IT professionals)
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms
- Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent
