JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling budgeting, financial analysis, bank processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations
- Prepare and monitor company budgets and forecasts
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Handle bank transactions and reconciliation
- Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission to management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Perform other related tasks as needed in a multitasking environment
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
CPA license is an advantage but not required
