Job descriptionRevises and / or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department, & company initiatives and goals. Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws and regulatory and customer requirements. Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures. Graduate of any 4-year course, With 5 or more years of managerial-level experience with expertise in Compensation & Benefits. Knowledgeable in labor laws, payroll processing, benefits administration, government statutory submissions, last pay processing, and annual tax filing requirements. Knowledgeable in CnB Philosophy, Salary Structure / Design, Salary Differentiation between positions / levels. Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and active listening skills.
