Building Maintenance

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities

2. Prepare rooms for move-in conditions

3. Fix problems to working order

4. Inspect rooms for move-out clearance

5. Multi-task and assist in other matters when called for

Qualifications :

1. Knowledge or expertise in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, aircon maintenance and the like

2. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent

3. Male or female, not over 50 years old

4. With at least 2 yrs. experience in maintenance or utility work

5. Normal vision and hearing

6. Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited

7. Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard working with good customer service and willing to learn

8. FREE LODGING IS PROVIDED FOR

9. Full-Time Position (STAY-IN REQUIRED)
