We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (Operations & Customer Support) to help keep operations running smoothly across support, fulfillment, and content coordination. You’ll handle customer communication, manage store operations through Shopify and Skio, and assist with administrative and personal support tasks for the team.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys working across different areas of a fast-moving consumer brand.

What You’ll Work On
Customer Support
Manage and respond to customer emails and support tickets with accuracy and empathyTrack recurring issues, escalate technical or fulfillment problems when neededMaintain consistent response times and ensure all interactions align with brand toneMonitor product reviews and feedback for insights and improvement opportunitiesShopify & Skio Operations
Oversee basic Shopify and Skio management, including orders, subscriptions, and customer dataCoordinate with logistics or fulfillment partners to ensure smooth deliveryAudit product listings, pages, and inventory for accuracySupport testing and documentation of system updates or improvementsOperations & Administration
Assist with general admin tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and file organizationCommunicate with external vendors and partners when neededTrack expenses, invoices, or shipment reportsSupport founders with occasional personal or project-related tasksContent Coordination
Help organize and publish simple marketing or content assets (email drafts, blog posts, or social updates)Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across channelsWhat You Bring
2–4 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or customer supportStrong communication and writing skills in EnglishFamiliarity with Shopify, Skio, or other e-commerce platformsOrganized and detail-oriented, with excellent task managementTech-savvy and able to learn new systems quicklyComfortable working across admin, support, and light creative coordination tasksNice to Have
Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) or wellness brandsFamiliarity with tools like Gorgias, Notion, or AirtableUnderstanding of subscription management or retention workflowsPrevious exposure to marketing or content scheduling systemsHow to Apply
