Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

Pay : ₱30,000.00 - ₱40,000.00 per month

Work Location : Ortigas, Pasig (Head Office)

I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

The Mid-Level DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating deployments, managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and ensuring application reliability for SAFC’s enterprise systems.

II. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

• Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) for production incidents.
• System uptime and availability (target ≥ 99.9%).
• Cost optimization achieved on cloud resources.
• Response and resolution times for security vulnerabilities.
• % of infrastructure provisioned via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and successful automated deployments with minimal rollbacks.
• Compliance audit results (BSP, AMLA, ISO 27001).
• Reduction in manual operational tasks through automation.
