KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in real estate sales, with 3+ years leading teams for upscale residential projects.
 - Strong personal sales record, not just team oversight.
 - Proven success in recruiting and activating broker and / or in-house sales teams.
 - Skilled in market positioning and pricing strategy for premium projects.
 - Strong network in the mid- to high-income market; can open doors and close deals.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end sales operations of Aspire and Dream Tower with accountability for monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and implement a targeted broker recruitment and activation plan.Build and monitor systems to track individual and team performance, ensuring accountability and responsiveness to market shifts.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, institutional buyers, and buyers from the affluent, emerging affluent, and upper-middle income segments.Partner with marketing to create campaigns tailored to qualified leads such as end-users, investors, and leasing operators.Oversee training and coaching of sales agents and brokers to sharpen closing skills and improve client engagement.Conduct regular competitive scans and consumer insight reviews to inform strategy adjustments.COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES
