We’re looking for a Head of Engineering —a seasoned professional who doesn’t just “know how” to get the job done but insists on doing it right , every time . This is not a desk-bound oversight role. This is a hybrid, high-impact position for someone who enjoys being in the trenches, coaching technicians, reviewing site plans, spotting non-compliant installs, and constantly improving how we work. You will serve as both a mentor and a guardian of engineering integrity —upholding technical standards, creating clear documentation, refining processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across our projects.

• Establish, document, and continuously improve ESP’s engineering standards, protocols, and best practices
• Perform technical audits and site inspections to ensure adherence to safety codes, compliance regulations, and quality standards (e.g. EN81, DOLE, HLURB)
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and field technicians; lead toolbox talks and learning sessions
• Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize long-term system reliability
• Review project plans, drawings, and documentation to ensure design intent and compliance
• Develop, refine, and roll out SOPs, checklists, templates, and QC workflows
• Serve as liaison with third-party consultants, safety inspectors, and certifying bodies when required
• Champion a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and safety

What We Offer

Compensation Range ₱30,000-50,000 / month (depending on experience and qualifications)
