Position: Mandarin Demand Planning Analyst
Location: Parañaque City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study
Proficient in Mandarin and English
3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional areas.
Experience with a Demand Planning tool
Strong data analytical skills and use of tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Must be willing to travel abroad for work
Preferably Native Chinese from Mainland, China

Duties:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Customer Service to develop a consensus demand plan
Work closely with all stakeholders to create a comprehensive unit-level forecast based on Business Unit segmentation decisions and Product Management guidance to include the latest market conditions, new product launches, and phase-in phase-out schedules.
Key participant in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses to help future predictability of demand.
Document major risks and assumptions in the demand plan, including the coordination of new products, projects, promotions, events, and/or customer planning activities.
Analyze forecast errors, find the root cause, and develop actions and initiatives to continuously improve unit-level forecast accuracy.
Performance forecast analytics in conjunction with historical data, current backlog, new product launches, etc. to transmit optimized demand signals to support customers’ needs.
