Love, Bonito is Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, built with a mission to empower women to find confidence through style. Incorporated in 2010 in Singapore, we’ve since grown from a humble online startup into a multi-channel business with over 20 stores and counting across Asia and a thriving online presence.

The role

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our People Intern, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. You will work alongside the P&C team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.

Main responsibilities :

Candidate Experience

• Assist in recruitment operations and administration which would include posting of roles, screening of candidates, scheduling and communication with candidates
• Track and analyze recruitment data such as candidate experience, hiring sources and turnaround time

People Experience

• Assist in all internal engagement activities (e.g. Townhall, Festive celebration etc)

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Available for 6 months internship period
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred
