Who are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructors in our AI-assisted programming educational program. We're also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft skills development, and business transformation. You can join us on a part-time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences .

What you will do :

As an Instructor at Nebius Academy, you'll play a central role in our students' educational journey across various formats and engagement levels :

Facilitate Live Learning Experiences

• Lead engaging live sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on your area of expertise — whether AI-assisted programming, automation workflows, soft skills development, or business transformation
• Host regular Q&A sessions where students can ask walk-in questions and get real-time guidance
• Facilitate kick-off and graduation sessions that bookend the learning experience
