QA/QC Engineer

Job Description :

The QA / QC Staff is responsible for helping ensure that all construction works are done in accordance with plans, standards, and company requirements. The role focuses on site inspections, monitoring work quality, and reporting any issues to the project team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Monitor daily construction activities and check the quality of workmanship

Inspect materials, installation, and completed works based on plans and specifications

Identify and report defects, reworks, or non-conforming works to the site engineer or project in charge

Assist in site inspections with engineers, clients, or consultants

Prepare simple inspection reports and documentation

Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and workers to correct quality issues

Help ensure that project quality standards and company procedures are followed

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications :

Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or any related course (or equivalent experience)

At least 2–3 years experience in QA / QC or site supervision in construction projects

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices

Able to read and understand plans and drawings

Willing to do site inspections and field work

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Can communicate well with engineers, foremen, and workers

Willing to learn and improve skills
