Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or similar industry. Established network or client base is a plus.
The Role :
- Source potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
- Conduct preliminary background and credit checks.
- Manage service delivery, oversee loan processing to release, track payments, and promote renewals.
- Design and implement market value propositions and marketing strategies.
- Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
- Build strong relationships with agencies and industry associations.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations.
- Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data.
- Recommend and assist in implementing marketing strategies and targets.
- Coordinate with Operations department for background investigations.
- Prepare legal and loan documents (undertakings, mortgage contracts).
- Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
- Prepare and comply with required reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments) and suggest policies to meet client needs.
