Company Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

Provide first aid treatment and medical care to employees as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and incident reports.

Monitor and replenish medical supplies and equipment.

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers when necessary.

Conduct health and wellness programs, including seminars and routine check-ups.

Participate in health and safety inspections and audits.

Ensure compliance with DOLE and DOH occupational health regulations.

Provide health advice and counseling to employees.
