We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to work from home for a seasonal account. This is a full-time position located in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Training onsite for 3 weeks, Then Working from home after training is complete.

Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues
Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer cases as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications :
15MBPS Upload, 25MBPS Download, Equipment provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
