QUALIFICATIONS :

Required Experience :

・Graduate of any course

・Highly organized and detail-oriented

・Team player with good communication skills

・Willing to be trained

・Background in Pollution Control or environmental compliance

・Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

・Previous work experience in a manufacturing company

RESPONSIBILITIES :

・Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards (DENR, LLDA, PEZA, etc.).

・Monitor and control pollution sources within the company premises.

・Prepare, maintain, and submit environmental reports and permits to government agencies.

・Conduct inspections, monitoring, and documentation of air, water, and waste management systems.

・Assist in implementing environmental management programs and company policies.

・Coordinate with government agencies regarding environmental compliance requirements.

・Train and guide employees on environmental safety and pollution control awareness.

・Maintain updated records of permits, clearances, and compliance certificates.

・Support audits and inspections related to environmental compliance.

・Perform other tasks assigned by management related to environmental and compliance matters.
