Job Description

Our team manages all workplace-related applications. The Web Workplace is a persona-agnostic platform targeting mid- and backoffice users, featuring extensive integration capabilities. We are a cross‑functional, self‑organized team based in Manila and Zurich, adopting Agile practices to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Challenges span the stack, from a PL / SQL backend to an Angular / Node.js frontend.

Your key tasks

• Collaborate with Product Owner and Architects on specifications and design.
• Own and take responsibility for your area of expertise.
• Design, develop, and maintain well‑thought‑out solutions for the Web Workplace.
• Improve and optimize existing functionality.Conduct code reviews and coach junior team members.
