SAP S / 4HANA SCM & GxP Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM & GxP Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain Management and SAP GxP modules, to oversee supply chain and regulatory compliance initiatives within our organization. This role is integral to supporting and enhancing our SAP implementations, with a particular focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SAP S / 4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects, a solid understanding of GxP compliance, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers to ensure seamless implementation and go-live processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP S / 4HANA SCM Module Expertise : Lead and provide hands-on expertise in the SAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain Management module to optimize supply chain operations.

SAP GxP Compliance : Ensure system compliance with Good x Practice (GxP) regulations, supporting quality standards within the SAP environment.

Project Implementation : Lead SAP S / 4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects with at least two successful deployments, ideally within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.

Requirements Analysis & Workshops : Understand customer requirements, and conduct fit-to-standard workshops to align SAP configurations with business needs.

Configuration and Custom Build : Develop custom configurations and designs to address specific operational requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Oversee functional testing and system testing processes, ensuring a seamless transition from development to production environments.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support : Provide assistance and guidance during the UAT phase to ensure customer requirements are fully met.

Go-Live Support : Ensure a smooth go-live process, handling any system adjustments and supporting end-users.

Required Skills and Competencies :

SAP S / 4HANA SCM : In-depth knowledge of the SAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain Management module and its application within the industry.

SAP GxP : Hands-on experience with SAP GxP, ensuring compliance in regulated environments.

Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals : Preferred background in SAP implementations within life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.

Customer-Focused : Strong ability to understand and adapt to customer needs, offering solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Communication : Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Analytical Skills : Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementation, with at least two Brownfield Implementation Projects.

Knowledge of GxP requirements within SAP.

Proven track record in life sciences or pharmaceutical project environments is preferred.
