Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer (Content and Accuracy of Technical Documentation and Instructional Material related to software payment products, functions, and capabilities in a digital environment) Writing clear and concise instructional and payment API documentation for customer integration partners and external developer audiences (Developer Portal / API Skills) Understanding of electronic transaction processing; FinTech industry knowledge is highly preferable. Writing common forms of developer documentation (API reference, integration content, digital customer guides). Five (5) years of experience in software technical writing preferably in the Financial Technology industry). Two (2) years of experience documenting APIs. Experience working on Agile teams. Experience working in a digital writing environment with evolving processes, applications, and platforms. Ability to handle multiple deadlines and / or products at the same time. Proficiency in mark down language (basic HTML a plus) Proficiency in working in a content management system (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) Proficiency working in a backlog management tool (Jira, VersionOne) Working knowledge of communications style guides (preferably Microsoft Manual of Style, AP Style Guide).
