Scheduling Analyst - Rockwell / Ortigas

Position : Scheduling Analyst (Rockwell / Ortigas) | Onsite

Work Location : Onsite at Rockwell / Ortigas

Work Schedule : On-site (flexible shifts)

Responsibilities :

Schedule Development and Maintenance :

Create and regularly update optimal agent schedules across vendor and BPO facilities to meet forecasted workload requirements.

Vendor and Client Coordination :

Act as the main liaison between the client and vendor / BPO partners regarding all scheduling-related issues.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in Workforce Management (WFM).

Proficiency with WFM tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, and Excel.
