Job Summary: The Treasury Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of company disbursements, including voucher preparation, check issuance, online payment uploads, and proper documentation.

This role ensures that all disbursement-related activities comply with internal controls and deadlines while maintaining organized financial records and supporting overa ll treasury management functions.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Disbursement Processing: Prepare payment vouchers with complete and accurate supporting documents.

Prepare and process checks for payment and secure signatures from authorized signatories.

Generate and upload data files for online payment transactions.

Prepare bank-related documents such as deposit slips, payment advice, and confirmation receipts.

Ensure accurate and timely release of checks and related disbursement documents.

Record platform advertising fees appropriately in financial records.

Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, receipts, payment forms, and other financial records.

Treasury Management and Compliance: Ensure accuracy of financial data and information for disbursement and treasury functions.

Meet deadlines for all payment activities to support uninterrupted business operations.

Coordinate with other Finance units or departments to verify the validity and reasonableness of cash transactions and disbursements.

Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in disbursement processing or treasury functions is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online banking platforms.

Good communication and coordination skills.
